For a JOOUST employee's spouse to apply for membership, he/she should download and fill in the forms below:

• Attend and participate in decision making at all Annual General Meetings and Member Education Days.

• Be elected to organs of the society

• Enjoy the use of the facilities and services of the society

• Comply with the policies, By-laws. The Co-operative Society’s ActCap 490, Rules And Resolutions of AGM
